I'm trying to install a V-scanner that requires
Administrative Login. I can access it from Safe Mode,
but not normal mode, where I need it. I am not willing
to give out info for one-on-one help. I can, however,
understand tech & other computer related terminology. If
you can give me the process for changing the login users,
so that I can choose Administrative Login, it would be
helpful. Thank You.
