use more than about 25% of installed RAM?

It seems my laptop has the same problem. When I try to
run a large program, it shuts it down after about 10
seconds and gives me an Error 7 Memory. My laptop only
is using about 25% of its RAM, so I don't understand
why. If you find out solution, could you email me?
