we are useing timewarner cable with windows xp.
at boot up 1sr.user to sign in is able to serfe fast as
cable should be, but when we switch users xp becomes
extremly slooooooow.
it makes you wish you had cable, but we do have cable. so
we shut down , unplug the modem , wait, start over again
and the first to log in is fast. but only the first one,
after that the 2nd or 3rd. is 30 to 40 sec. between each
phase of connection.
if anyone can help please tell us how to fix this.
