Windows Installer CleanUp Utility

I want to know why there isnt a CleanUp Utility for
Windows XP. I need to get rid of some stupid NAV files
and I cant. What do I do?

How to uninstall Norton AntiVirus by using the Rnav2003.exe removal =

Use the above utility to remove all traces of a previous version of =
