My XP system will crash and reboot with no applications
running. I do not have an internet connection and a virus
scan comes back clean. Also a system check using Norton
SystemWorks 2003 reports no errors.
The crash report details are:
BCCode: a BCP1: 00000016 BCP2: 00000002 BCP3: 00000000
BCP4: 804EA337 OSVer: 5_1_2600 SP: 0_0 Product 256_1
I tried looking up the crash report on the Microsoft web
site and didn't get anywhere. Any advice would be
appreciated.
