Create emoticons

[A Call]

Does anyone have a source that gives instructions on how to create an
emoticon that can be used with MSN messenger? I have several .jpg that would
make really cute emoticons, but I don't have a clue as to how to create?

Greetings Arlene,

Just click the Tools menu in Messenger, then My Emoticons, then Create and add it there!
