HELP ME PLEASE

My computer keeps reseting its self. after taking auto
restart off i got a blue screen saying
IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

0x8050197D)

i've tried to find what this means but can't find
anything any help greatly appreciated. cheers
