Running XP, when I boot I have to logon first rather than
go directly to my desktop. If I check "use welcome
screen" in accounts, it will boot and lock up with the
message "windows is starting" but it remains idle and
does not finish starting. The solution is to go back to
accounts and uncheck "use welcome screen". Then it starts
only after a logon.
DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO RESOLVE THIS!
