This was happening to me too. I got McAfee VirusScan and
found out that I had a virus/trojan on my computer called
Spybot. You can check out the McAfee FreeScan online at
http://www.mcafee.com to see if maybe you have the same
virus/trojan. FreeScan was what originally alerted me to
the problem.
