Hi

I have used these forums before and had a large amount of
success and now i need advice once again.

For no apparent reason when i boot up my monitor stays in
standby mode (insead of green light coming on it keeps
flicking on amber), I know windows is loading but i can't
get any picture just a black screen.

I have got the latest drivers for my graphics card and
have all the latest updates for XP.

I have taken my pc completely appart and rebuilt from
scratch but still get the same results, i have even
chnaged monitors, graphics cards and all the cables.I
have taken out my battery to clear CMOS and even changed
the CMOS jumpers just to see if anything would happen
nothing has.

I wasn't even running anything at the time i just
rebooted because my pc went slightly slow and got the
above result.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Tony.
