Sync of Web Cams

I am running a logitech Quick Cam STX. I cannot sync the camera on MSN
Messenger with an internet connection but can connect the cam with my
in-house network. I was able to connect the camera on a dial up connection
with a different ISP. I want to connect using my DSL connection.

I contacted logitech and they said if the camera works, it isn't their
problem. I presently have a call into my router manufacturer. They seem to
be the last hope. Hoping there is a port to open up.
