I had a virus on my computer so i had to reinstall
windows XP, but the problem i have is that i dont have
OpenGL anymore. I need OpenGL so i can play games. If
anyone can please tell me how i can get it back again, i
would be very greatful.

Install vendor video drivers rather than using out of the box XP drivers.

You could try installing your manufacturer-provided video drivers.
OpenGL support is purely a function of the video card drivers, and not
the OS. Contact the manufacturer of your video card to obtain the
most recent WinXP-specific drivers.
