I have same computer and had same problem with Dell not
having answers for over a week. This seems to be a Dell
problem since another lady, Carol Silva, has a Dell
Latitude 800. She posted a message earlier on Thursday.
Jupiter Jones, Microsoft MVP, solved the problem. Dell
sets the DPI setting at 120 DPI. To see the whole dialog
box it needs to be at 96 DPI. Right click on the desktop.
Click properties, click advanced and change the DPI
setting pull down.
I only did this for Windows Updates. I changed it back to
120 DPI as the objects are to small otherwise.
