Is it possible to get IIS on Windows XP Home, perhaps
downloading it somewhere? If it is not, is it possible
to upgrade from Home to Pro?
Thanks alot.

IIS will not run on XP Home.
Apache and other web servers will.
And yes, it is possible to upgrade from XP Home to XP Pro. Just get a
copyof Windows XP Professional (even upgrade) and use it to upgrade. As
always - if you do this, be sure to backup important files first.

No. However you can run a third-party product, like Apache.

Yes. There is no special upgrade version just for this, but the
regular XP Professional upgrade works fine (although it doesn't
say so on the box).
