Pop-ups

Hi Jesse, I had the same problem with pop-ups. Here's
what to do: Click Start, then click Control Panel.
Click Performance and Maintenance. Click Administrative
Tools. Double-Click Services. Scroll down to view and
click Messenger. Right click the highlighted line and
then click Properties. Click the Stop button. Under the
Startup Type menu click Manual. Click OK. That should
do it - it worked for me! Good luck!
