Moving XP to a new hard drive

The original 40GB HD that came with my PC needs to be
replaced with a bigger one 80GB, now my question is how
to transfer safely the XP OS and all my probrams and
data into the new disk?

I already partitioned it and formated on NTFS, I would
like to have an advise before proceeding any further.
