configuration utility window pops up

The configuration utility window pops up every time the
system (Win Xp Sp1) reboots. I probably need to clear a
check box somewhere but don't know where to look.

Any suggestions?

Go to Start>Run type: msconfig select Startup Tab uncheck and
recheck any entry. click on Apply. Restart
and when notification box appears check the box Don't show this
message etc etc.
