internet explorer

I have a problem with xp. everytime i am looking at a
website that as a word like adult it shuts down all my
explorer windows. makes it very hard for me to search
some of the college websites. As i am looking for a
school to attend. They advertise about their adult
classes and then everything shuts down. how can stop it
from doing this? thanks

Try changing your security settings and in 'internet options' --contents.
