Support and Help

I recently upgraded from win98 se to xp home edition. My
help and support command (when I click on it)does not
work. Also anytime I click a troubleshoot button nothing
happens. Any idea what I can do to get these features
working. I've tried reloading the system software but
that doesn't seem to have helped.
