can I rotate video?

is there any way to rotate the video I've taken on windows movie maker? I
don't see any option, at all

Hello,

You can use the Video Effects section to rotate video. Just click on Tools >
Video Effects > Scroll down a little bit until you find Rotate 90, Rotate
180 and Rotate 270. Then just use that to rotate the video.
