Lost key function

I seem to lost te 7t and 8t letters of alpabet as well as
punctuation and backspace key. Do I need to brin it into
store to fix? I re-installed software but did not fix
problem.

It would probably be faster and cheaper just to go out and buy a new
keyboard.

Have you tried just replacing the keyboard?
