RPC Service Terminated Unexpectedly Message

Hi!
I'm Having this problem with my pc (HP): After
aproximately 10 minutes of booting, the following
messages appear in this order:

- The system is shutting down in XXXX seconds. Please
save your work.
- The shutdown was initiated by NT Author System.
- Windows must now restart because the Remote Procedure
Call (RPC) Service terminated unexpectedly.

(The messages are not exactly written.)

After that the pc restart itself.

What can I do??? Please HELP!!!
