Recycle Bin

When I go into the recycle bin, it tells me that my attrabutes are hidden. I
have looked everywhere to try and change this and I can't find what I need.

Items placed in your recycle bin are in a sort of "suspended animation" much
like a caterpiller in a coccoon. I do not believe you can change or view, in
any way, the attributes of these files (and why do yo feel you need to?).
The file can be restored and then you can make any changes you want.
