I run Windows XP SP2
I keep getting an error "Unable to launch restart.exe"
After this error I am unable to run any programs and need to reboot.
My PC will be fine for a while then I get the error again and have to reboot
again. I have tried all the virus softwares and ad-aware and they haven't
made any difference. Can anyone advise me on how to fix this problem?

The google link I posted contains tips on removal - but I'm not sure that
you are indeed infected yet.

What anti-virus app. do you use if any? Any firewall in place?

Jacqui,

After it tells you that it's a virus, which I'm pretty sure it is, you can
use this link to do an online scan of your computer,
http://www.bitdefender.com/scan8/ie.html
I highly recommend you download an anti-spyware scanner, such as Ad-aware,
which is also free.
