Question about download and installation

I have been repeatedly trying to download and install
some windows updates especially the security patch for
the blaster worm and the download goes just fine but when
it comes to installing it says it will not install
because it has not passed windows logo testing. Please
help. Iam a beginner when it comes to computers.

Just ignore the Message that it didnt pass windows logo testing and
continue the install.
When this error message appears, choose "continue" to proceed with the
installation
