Hi

Does anybody know the answer to this problem:

I have been getting this error message the last couple of
time I have rebooted:

"One of the files containing the systems registry data
had to be recovered by use of a log or alternate copy.
The recovery was successful."

It happened after I recieved the RPC has suddenly
terminated window and rebooted. I have the patch for the
virus and ran norton and I don't seem to have the virus.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

You could try System Mechanic. It's free for 30 day trial. www.iolo.com
It has an excellent registry cleaner.
Also, check here about recovering from a Corrupt Registry.
