My digital camera automatically downloaded my video's as quicktime movies and
the movie maker won't recognize it. Is there a way I can convert it?

Why not get Quicktime from Apple - plays on PCs. That's what I use for all
my .mov files

I do have quicktime. The problem is, i'm trying to make a movie using video
and photos with Windows Movie Maker and it's not recognizing the ext. I have
Nero 7 and that program does everything but that.

You will have to convert it before Windows Movie Maker can understand it.
