Remote Assist Prob

Sometime I get this message when a user attempts to ask me for Remote
Assistance: "Remote Assistance Connection could not be established because
the remote host name could not be resolved." What is the issue?

HELP. I need this tool to work consistently.

Hi,

To clarify for searchable purposes, the error message can be summed up as to "connection
couldn't be made", usually due to a firewall or non-UPnP router (or other NAT).
