Hi,
I recently purchased a new Fujitsu amilo laptop which came pre installed
with XP home.
I installed MSN messenger 7.5 and all works fine, windows messenger is still
installed but I unchecked the option to start automatically when windows
starts.
The strange thing is that I know you expect to find windows messenger in
"control panel" - "add or remove programs" - "add or remove windows
components" (which I do see) but windows messenger 5.1 also appears in "add
or remove programs"?
On all my other XP machines I have never seen Windows messenger in "add or
remove programs"
Anyone any ideas?
Regards,
Paul
