MSN Messenger works well with instant messaging, voice and video, but when I
invite contacts to use whiteboard, their whiteboards open, not mine. I get
the message:” Windows closed this program. RTC App Sharing”. Nothing else
happens.
After reading this forum, I made the following changes:
1) Go to ControlPanel -> Administrative Tools -> Services and start the
"Universal Plug and Play Device Host" service
2) Go to the ControlPanel -> Windows Firewall and tick the box against "UPNP
Framework" in the Exceptions tab
3) Reinstalled Windows Messenger.
But the problem is still there.
Any suggestions on “How to get whiteboard to work”?
