Hi there,
I've been having this problem for some time and I have no idea what is
wrong. Any video I watch (for example watching clips on CNN or other
downloaded video) is displayed on my video without the whole picture. I seem
to only get the middle of the image, so I can make out what is going on but a
whole section all the way around the edge is cut, like the camera has been
zoomed in. I have tried changing the size of the video screen but of course
that doesn't alter how much is seen on the screen. I have another laptop
that does not have this probem at all, but I don't know what the difference
is. I'm not sure, but this may be a problem that affects other media players
on my computer too. The only videos I seem able to watch without this
problem (showing the whole image) are those on www.youtube.com. I don't know
if these use a different player or not...
I would really appreciate any ideas... My emails is
.
I have Windows Media Player 10 in Windows XP.
Many thanks,
Anna Gibson
