Ken:
A few people have had the registry problem with the SB Audigy 2 entry.
If your not comfortable with directly editing the registry the following
will work if the problem is with Audigy.
Go to Program files\Creative\SBAudigy 2\program\startup Menu
There you will find Audigy.exe - double click it.
When the window opens check "Don't show me this again" and close the window.
This method removed the bogus entry in my registry without my having to edit
the registry directly.
This solved the bootup problem on my system. It my not on yours but it can
do no harm to try.
