Reinstalling XP Professional

How do I reinstall Windows XP Professional? I am doing
this to try to get my phone port to work again. Dell
found no problems with the hardware and suggested I
reinstall the original software to reactivate the phone
port for internet connection. I appreciate any asstance.

Did Dell give you a WinXP CD? If yes, then go here and do a Repair
Install.
