" No Updates Were Installed "

I'm also getting the "No Updates Were Installed" error on
my computer (Dell 8200 running XP Home V2002). Based on
the Installation history my last successful auto update
was on 7/23/03. Here is the message trace from the
Windows Update.log (Deleted timestamp):

Success IUENGINE Asynchronous Download started
Success IUENGINE Download destination root folder is:
C:\WUTemp
Error IUENGINE Library download error and timed out (-
1 ms). Will not retry. (Error 0x80072EE7)

I called Dell and their only suggestion was to reload the
OS. Please let me know if you figure out how to fix this
issue.
