Accidently deleted something

I was trying to clean out all the shortcuts when i go
into start, then all programs. Well, i deleted a couple
of shortcuts that were .ink files and now i realize that
i need them. Please help me get them back!

Are they in the recycle bin. If not they are gone. You should have =
included the specific things you wanted back in your posts.
