accidently deleted something

using my firewall and screening programs, i deleted the
progam generic host 32 and i need it back. i recieved an
error message that it was replace with unrocognized files
and windows may fail with these files. i just want to
reinstall these particular files.

That file would be svchost.exe, if I recall correctly. Run "sfc
/scannow" with your Windows CD handy, unless you have a \i386 folder on
C:.

If the System File Checker doesn't work, you can try the expand function
on msconfig.exe. That file should go in \system32.
