WindowsUpdate fails to download needed patches

I ant find that catroot2 file?
i searched my computer.
HELP! Am is supposed to have that?

Open Windows Explorer by clicking on My Computer. At the top choose
Tools|Folder Options|View tab Check all boxes under Files and Folders.
Under Hidden Files and folders, choose Show Hidden files and Folders.
Uncheck the boxes beside Hide Extensions of Known File Types, and Hide
Protected Operating System Files. You'll see a warning. Choose Yes, then
press Apply then OK. Now you should be able to find the CatRoot2 folder
here:

F:\WINDOWS\system32\CatRoot2 Your drive letter is likely C:
