When my computer attempts to exit stand-by, some things
seem to power up, such as the fans in the computer. Other
things such as USB devices don't power up. The monitor
starts blinking as if attampting to power up, but can't
do it. It will just stay like this untill I manually
restart the computer. I read something on the microsoft
knowlege base about Nero drivers for CD writers causing
this type of problem. I then uninstalled Nero and to my
surprise that fixed the problem. It was working for a few
days. I have not re-installed Nero and am haveing the
same problem. Does anybody know about any software that
could casuse such a conflict? Any ideas on how to resolve
the issue?
