msvc32i application error at start up

I receive the following error message at start up:
msvc32i MFC Application has encountered a problem and
needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.


This appears to have started occurring after I installed
the Blaster worm patches from microsoft. Anyone else
having a similar problem? Any success getting it to stop?

Here's some more information about ClientMan:

This error is linked to a program called Client Man. To delete this
folder download an uninstall application from this link:
htpp://www.kephyr.com/spywarescanner/library/clientman/index.phtml.

If this link doesnt work go to google and search "client man."
