I was told by my computer manufecture that I must reload
windows XP to reinstall the drivers for my CD-Rom and DVD
drivers because they may be corrupted. Is there a way to
update windows witihout loosing all of my programs? The
problem that I am having. I turn on my computer and no
disk drives. reboot, there's one drive. Reboot and there
is the other drive.
