safe mode

I am in safe mode right now. How do I restart and turn
safe mode off? I tried to press F8 at startup and nothing
happened. My color is all distorted-I assume it is in
safe mode

Just restart. That's it. Don't do anything. When you restart from safe
mode, your computer automatically restarts normally unless you hit F8 to
enter safe mode.

tried restarting three times and still looks like it is
in safe mode. please help.
