virtual memory too low

No network connection,how'd you get here.
R.click my computer,properties,advanced,virtual memory,
change.Min.1 1/2X what was listed as memory on open
page in MB.,Max.is 3 X the amount.Put in the nos.click
set 2X,then close out,a restart should appear.Later
return,set to,let windows mnge.
