error message

A couple times a day, I get the blue screen of death and
an arror message that says bad_pool_caller. It says
windows has been shutdown to prevent damage and then
reboots. After reboot, I get a little pop up box saying
that the system has recovered from a serious error.

Does anyone know what this is?
