files missing

hi,
when i open Win movie maker,
a prompt up says "the file for video transitions and effects is missing".
they're really gone.
i cant make any video effect or transitions.
i dont know where to search for these files for i dont even know how they've
gone in the first place.
what should i do now?
please help me...
