Inability to access Network tab under Options in Windows Media Pla

I cannot get the Network tab to function in Media Player. All the other
functions will work fine. When I click on the Network tab nothing happens. I
am going crazy trying everything I can think of to correct this. Any help
would be greatly appreciated.
