explorer home page

have windows xp home edition, home page will not come up
automatically when i open internet explorer. have to
click on home button to get to come up. why won;t it come
up by itself ?? already set up home page ( yahoo ) under
tools. help, thx

go to Tools -> Internet Options -> Programs -> Redefine Web Config (or
something)
