Windowsxp.general

[nevermore]

I read both this ng and windowsxp.general and have done so for six months
with no problems. Tonight, however, I am not getting any access to .general
with this error message:

400 Too Many Connections [usenet-readers allows 3 per host/0 per feed (0 ==
nolimit)] (Twister v2.0.5.38)

Configuration:
Account: nntp
Server: nntp
Protocol: NNTP

I am afraid I don't understand the error at all. Can anyone help me? TIA.

It looks like a basic server error, not on your system and nothing you can
do until the situation clears up.

Thank you. Took several hours and now I can reconnect. Was going a bit antsy
without my "fix"--
