I have recently installed Power DVD to provide a DVD decoder for Media Player.

When I run Media Player I get an error that says the decoder software is not
configured correctly.

When I run Power DVD, it says that the software cannot run with "TV Out"
enabled.

I may be being a bit of a chimp here, but the graphics support on my PC has
only one output for VGA graphics output. The DVD is being played to my
monitor.

Any ideas? I'm sure this is a simple setting change. Simple, that is, if you
know what it is...

Many thanks amigos.

Steve.

Does the video card have a connector for a TV? Look on the back of the
computer case. If it does but is not connected then Display Properties may
have TV out turned on.
