That is not a solution, only a temporary workaround.
The IP addresses associated with Windows Update
change frequently, therefore Cox users will again find themselves
unable to download in the future.=20

Microsoft is recommending users using this workaround remove the
added Host entries immediately after updating and call their ISP.
