scheduling windows update

I would like to weekly schedule a windows update.
I have it scheduled but have the following questions:

Can i schedule for critical updates only? if so, how.
Since critical updates normally require a restart can
that be part of the scheduled update? and if my computer
is in standby with a wakeup will that automatically open
my internet to allow a scan,download and restart?
